On 24 September 2026, a roundtable titled “Protection of Cultural Heritage in BiH with the Support of the Civil Society Organizations Network – PCH Program” was held at the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, addressing the theme “Cultural Heritage Accessible to All.”

The discussion focused on the importance of protecting, preserving, and ensuring the accessibility of cultural heritage in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the role of civil society organizations in its preservation and promotion.

Nusret Čolo and Salih Agić, representing the Sector for Cultural-Historical Heritage and Scientific Research at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, attended the event.

During the discussion, participants exchanged experiences and views on ways to improve the protection of cultural heritage and enhance its accessibility to citizens, while emphasizing the importance of ongoing cooperation between institutions and civil society organizations in the fields of protection, preservation, and promotion of cultural heritage.

Particular emphasis was placed on the need to raise public awareness regarding the value of cultural heritage and to create opportunities for it to be accessible and available to all citizens.
