The Federation Minister of Culture and Sports, Sanja Vlaisavljević, has signed contracts awarding funds for sports infrastructure development and renovation projects in Stolac, Čitluk, Ljubuški, Posušje, and Livno, totaling 2.1 million KM.

The funds will be directed toward specific projects designed to improve conditions for sports activities and provide children, young people, and athletes with better-quality sports facilities.
In Stolac, 400,000 KM has been allocated for the reconstruction of the artificial turf football pitch.
In Čitluk, 300,000 KM has been secured for the construction of an artificial turf football pitch at the “Jakerovac” sports complex (Phase I).
In Ljubuški, 700,000 KM has been allocated for the reconstruction of the City Sports Hall (Phase II).
In Posušje, 400,000 KM has been secured to support infrastructure for the development of sports and youth activities.
In Livno, 300,000 KM has been allocated for the renovation of the “Zgona” city stadium.

“Investing in sports infrastructure is an investment in our athletes, children, young people, and everyone who will use these facilities. I want sports grounds and facilities to be places where new generations of athletes are nurtured, but also places of gathering and community—places that help shape Croatian identity. That is precisely why we continue to invest in projects that bring about concrete and visible changes in local communities,” emphasized Minister Vlaisavljević.

Through these investments, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to support the development of sports infrastructure and the creation of better conditions for sports in local communities across the Federation of BiH.
