As part of the action plan for visiting funding recipients, Salih Agić, a representative of the Sector for Cultural-Historical Heritage and Scientific Research, visited the Franciscan Monastery in Kreševo ​​on October 6, 2026. The visit aimed to verify the proper use of funds and review documentation regarding the implementation of the “Promenade alongside the Franciscan Monastery of St. Catherine” project.

The Ministry funded this project through the “Capital Transfer to Other Levels of Government and Funds – Construction, Adaptation, and Reconstruction of Cultural and Architectural Heritage 2026” program, in the amount of 30,000.00 KM.

Following the financial acquittal of the first tranche, the beneficiary commenced the agreed-upon works to complete the project. The company “Miličević gradnja” was engaged to carry out the work.

The beneficiary stated that the project would be completed by the established deadline (December 31, 2026) and that the finalized financial report would be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
