On the occasion of this valuable anniversary, I send my hearty congratulations to the entire higher education institution, teaching staff, students and all associates. A decade of successful work testifies to dedication, quality and vision, and I am convinced that FINRA will continue to develop its potential in the future for the benefit of the academic community and society as a whole.

I want the celebration to take place in a dignified and joyful atmosphere, with a sense of pride and community.
